Hello everyone, I am Lindsey. I used to come to PHAB a couple of years ago with some school friends.

For the last few weeks I have helped Ann Hart arrange a weekly Friday PHAB night virtual meet up using Zoom® on computers, iphones, ipads etc.

Some evenings 15 PHAB members have joined us.

If YOU are missing PHAB please get in touch.

Each member needs to make a zoom account:

  1.  Go onto the Zoom® website/download the app - https://zoom.us/
  2. Sign up using your email address
  3. We send you instructions on how to access the call a few days before each session.

At present we are on a short break.  Zoom® meetings plan to be back on:

Friday 14th August – ‘get together chat and quiz’

Friday 21st August –   ‘get together’ - then Holly Birkinshaw ‘One You Leeds’ will give us some ideas about healthy eating and wellbeing and there will be  time to ask questions.

If you have any activity ideas please let us know!!

Contact Ann Hart: ann.hartphab@btinternet.com

Best wishes, Lindsey and Ann (July 2020)
